Report Forms–Northeast Marketing Area

Payments to Cooperative Associations - is required by each
pool plant operator that pays a cooperative association for milk
received during the month. This report is due no later than the
21st of the month for the preceding month's milk purchases. (Viewable
as PDF document), (Excel
workbook format) for downloading.

Payments From Pool Handlers - is required by cooperatives that
receive payment from pool plants for milk delivered during the month.
This report is due no later than the 20th of the month for the
preceding month's milk sales. (Viewable
as PDF document), (Excel

- Notification
of Producer Change(s) - each handler shall report all producer
changes in farm operators on or before the 9th day after the end of
the month. (Viewable
as PDF document), (Excel
workbook format) for downloading.

of data for the New York-New Jersey Milk Marketing Area including price
information, Market Administrator news and publications, plant lists and
